Acupuncture treatment

I am a dedicated and fully qualified acupuncturist, trained at the Yang Sheng Academy in London in partnership with the London College of Acupuncture and Natural Medicine With a strong foundation in traditional Chinese medicine, I bring both ancient wisdom and modern understanding to every treatment.

My passion lies in helping individuals find balance, nurture their well-being, and unlock their body's natural ability to heal. I believe that true health is about more than just the absence of symptoms — it's about feeling your best, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Every person who steps into my care is treated with a personalised, holistic approach. I take the time to listen, understand, and tailor each session to your unique needs, ensuring you feel seen, supported, and empowered on your journey toward better health.

Techniques I use

Ancient healing methods with modern applications for optimal wellness

Acupuncture Needling

Acupuncture is at the core of my treatments. Fine, sterile needles are gently inserted into specific points on the body to encourage the flow of energy (Qi), restore internal balance, and activate the body's natural healing responses. Acupuncture can support a wide range of conditions, from pain relief to emotional wellbeing.

🌿

Moxibustion (Moxa)

Moxibustion is a soothing heat therapy that uses dried mugwort to warm the body and stimulate the flow of Qi and blood. This gentle technique helps to strengthen the immune system, ease chronic pain, dispel coldness, and promote deeper healing at a cellular level.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy involves placing specialised suction cups on the skin to create a gentle vacuum. This technique helps to release muscular tension, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support detoxification. Cupping is often used to relieve pain, loosen tight muscles, and encourage faster recovery from injuries.

🪨

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional healing method that involves using a smooth-edged tool to lightly scrape the skin. It helps to break up stagnation, reduce inflammation, relieve muscle tightness, and boost circulation. Gua Sha is particularly beneficial for treating muscular pain, tension, and supporting the body's natural detoxification process.
